All calls and e-mails will be returned within 24 hours during business days (Monday – Friday). That means I will:
- Go the extra mile to make clients happy
- Respond to e-mail and phone messages promptly
- Follow up with clients to ask for feedback
- Make recommendations and offer solutions
Hours of Operations
My business hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm Mountain Time. My office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
I get that things pop up and you need help immediately. For rush jobs, you will be charged a 25% surcharge for less than 24 hours’ notice and 50% surcharge for evenings, weekends or Canada holidays.
Tamak Virtual will take off all Canadian public national holidays in addition to the following religious holidays:
- Good Friday
- Christmas and New Year
Referrals are our favorite way to gain new business. Any time that you generously make a referral to our business, please let us know and we will be sure to acknowledge you with a special gift. You will receive 2 free hours or a credit towards your next retainer plan purchase when the referred client signs with Tamak Virtual.
All services will be invoiced in Canadian funds (with exchange rate recently, it is now less in USD). Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit card, vCita invoicing and email money transfer. GST in Canada would be charged for all services. GST #807206230RT0001. US client may not be charged GST.
Monthly Service & Support Packages
Monthly Virtual Assistance/Administrative service and support packages must be paid on or before the first of the month. If payment is not received on or before the first of the month, work will be put on hold. Your requirements and services will be tracked over a three-month period, and we will re-evaluate to make sure you are enrolled in the appropriate service package. If you need more support, we will then discuss moving you up to the next package. If you need less support, I will move you to a smaller package.
Termination of services – For monthly services and packages, 30 days’ notice will be required if you wish to break the contract.
1-hour charge would be billed in advance for this service. Service will be billed on the 15th and 30th(or 31st) of the first month and after that we could schedule a payment plan that would work best for your business.
One-Time Project Packages
Project packages will be invoiced in advance and work will not commence until the invoice has been paid in full. 50% of project fees maybe charged prior to commencement depending on project.
We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. All documentation sent to me will be returned upon completion + payment. We take your confidentiality very seriously – all passwords are encrypted and I use the highest level of Internet security. If I need to use your credit card, I will shred the info after 1 use. Should the business tasks be allocated to someone internally (i.e. I bring on a new team member to support me), it is acknowledged that the Client should be introduced to the new project manager and approves the change.
